Before I talk about Jenn and Noah’s Planterra Conservatory wedding, it’s important to talk about how they met. Both Jenn & Noah went to pharmacy school at the University of Michigan for 4 years. They were a year apart and somehow never managed to cross paths. A couple years later, they both started working at the University of Michigan and even though they worked in different areas, they were both on the same committee and hit it off pretty instantly. Six months later, they were not only dating, but living together (in quarantine.)
This allowed them to get to know each other really well.
Which leads us to 4/16/2022 – wedding day.
Jenn & and Noah’s, Planterra Conservatory wedding was a dream come true. Back in 2017 right around the time I became a wedding photographer I remember seeing a photo of Planterra on Pinterest and being surprised to find out this venue was located right in the Metro Detroit area in West Bloomfield, Michigan. I added it to my bucket-list of venues that I one day dreamed of photographing a wedding at.
I still cannot get over it, and when you see these photos you’ll see exactly why magical is one of the best ways to describe it. This venue is the perfect place to host an end of winter wedding, keeping your guest nice and cozy and yet still feel like you’re outside. Jenn wore the most beautiful fitted dress from B. Ella Bridal. Watching how Noah looked at her all day long melted my heart. It was evident that the love they shared was pure, full of joy and fun. The two have huge hearts for their families and friends, and it was evident just how much that love was reciprocated to them. I could go on and on, but I will let the photos tell the story.
