I wish every single one of you reading this blog post could meet Kera & Cody! Together they make one incredible couple. They are both so down to earth, bubbly, and incredibly kind. I feel so lucky to have crossed paths with them, and to have captured their wedding day. Kera & Cody’s intimate Café Cortina wedding was one of the most stunning days I’ve been a part of.
The day started out at one of the most gorgeous Airbnb’s I’ve been at for getting ready. The house fit their Italian Villa Architecture vibe they we going for. After getting ready we headed over to downtown Birmingham, MI for some couple portraits at the stunning Daxton Hotel if you’ve never been inside this hotel, I highly recommend visiting, the environment and design is jaw dropping.
Kera & Cody’s Café Cortina Wedding located in Farmington Hills (Metro Detroit.) This is a quaint little restaurant with authentic delicious Italian food. Kera & Cody had opted for an intimate wedding and had roughly 70 guest. The two said I do in the patio garden. With their reception in the small private event space. Being in such an intimate space, made for some heartfelt speeches, tears. I loved getting to be a fly on the wall, and just watch as hugs were shared, and one of my favorite moments was watching Cody show his new wedding ring off to his parents and grandparents. The night ended with their formal dances back out on the patio under the stars. I am not sure these two could have planned a more perfect day.
I am still so thankful that I got to be part of this day, and am super excited to be sharing their day with you all.
